1. Definitions

In these General Terms and Conditions, the following terms refer to:

a. IDS EU: IDS EU, the provider of domain registration services and trademark registrations.

b. Customer: Any natural person or legal entity using the services of IDS EU.

c. Services: The services offered by IDS EU concerning the registration and management of domain names.

2. Applicability

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all agreements between IDS EU and the Customer regarding the registration and management of domain names.

3. Services

a. IDS EU will make efforts to register and manage the domain name requested by the Customer, in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations of the relevant domain administrators.

b. The Customer is responsible for providing correct and complete information when applying for a domain name and trademark registration. IDS EU is not liable for errors or delays resulting from incorrect information.

4. Rates and Payment

a. The rates for the registration and management of domain names are determined by IDS EU and are available upon request from the Customer. All rates are individual and customer-specific.

b. Payment must be made according to the payment terms specified on the invoice from IDS EU.

5. Intellectual Property

a. The Customer acknowledges that IDS EU grants ownership rights to the registered domain names.

b. IDS EU reserves the right to terminate the registration of a domain name if the Customer infringes on the intellectual property rights of third parties.

6. Termination

IDS EU reserves the right to terminate the service if the Customer fails to comply with these General Terms and Conditions or if the Customer defaults on the payment of due amounts.

7. Liability

IDS EU is not liable for any damage or loss resulting from the use of the offered services, unless there is intent or gross negligence on the part of IDS EU.

8. Disputes

Local law applies to these General Terms and Conditions and all agreements between IDS EU and the Customer. Disputes will be submitted to the competent local court.

9. Changes

IDS EU reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions. The most recent version of the General Terms and Conditions is always available on the website of IDS EU.

By using the services of IDS EU, the Customer declares to agree to these General Terms and Conditions.
